Product Features
The Flexible Separator (Air Cell) is fitted inside the conservators of oil cooled power Transformers.
It compensates transformer oil volume displacement due to temperature variation while in operation
Protect against water vapour
Suppress gas bubble formation in the transformer oil.
It provides permanent, flexible and non-porous barrier between the transformer oil and air.
Construction
The Flexible Separator is an air bag made of strong, flexible rubber
coated fabric that provides resistance to heat, punctures and fatigue.
Its outer coating has good oil resistance, while the inner coating has
good ozone and weather resistance.
The adapter of the flexible separator is made of structural steel
(Fe-410-S) and is zinc plated and passivated.
