We virtually process all commercially available rubbers like Natural Rubber (NR,IR), Poly Butadiene Rubber(PBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber(SBR), Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPDM), Butyl Rubber(IIR,BIIR,CIIR), Nitrile Rubber (NBR,HNBR,XNBR,PVC-NBR), Hypalon(CSM), Polyacrylic Rubber(ACM), Fluorocarbon Rubber(FKM,Viton), Neoprene Rubber (CR), Silicone Rubber (VMQ,FVMQ), Epichlorohydrine Rubber(ECO), Ethylene Acrylate Rubber(AEM,Vamac), Polyurethane Rubber(PU), Chlorinated Polyethylene Rubber(CM,Tyrene),etc. Our facility boasts of numerous state of the art of manufacturing machineries and process complete with Semi-Automatic weighing system, Two roll mixing mill with blender, Kneader dispersion mill , Injection, transfer, vaccum and Compression molding, Shot blasting and Phosphating, Calendaring, Cold and Hot feed extrusion, Braiding, knitting, Steam and hot air cure vulcanization, and the semi-automatic production line for low pressure hoses . URI's Silicone hose manufacturing facility is one of the largest in the world as per capacity. Products are made to confirm various International Standards such as ISO, IS, BS, GHOST, DIN, ASTM, SAE, JIS, LLOYD, UL, IRS, ETC.

Our in- plant capabilities that start from tooling, compounding to curing assure an unsuppressed quality product and the highest level of customer satisfaction. The use of CP, FMEA, SPC, 8D and QRQC are the essential tools to track down and control every variable in our manufacturing to achieve zero defect production. Lean manufacturing, safety norms and 5S Concepts are part of our core manufacturing practice.
